When busting your bud up, take a moment to pick them out, and all should be well. That said, there’s no need to hit the panic button if the odd one sneaks past your initial scan and gets ingested.
The overall consensus is that smoking marijuana seeds are not harmful to your health. If you want to know if you “can” smoke marijuana seeds, then the answer is yes, you can, but there is little to nothing to be gained from it.
Marijuana seeds contain none of the psychoactive properties of cannabis, so if getting high is your main objective, ‘option B’ may have to be deployed. Not only are marijuana seeds devoid of THC, but smoking them along with the rest of your cannabis material will create a less than ideal flavour and aroma, and may cause a bit of a scare, as seeds tend to pop and crackle suddenly when exposed to extreme heat.

As a general rule, a cannabis plant will grow another 30 to 50 percent of its final size in the flowering stage. Growers typically use HPS bulbs during this period, as these lights emit a spectrum heavier in the red wavelengths to more closely mimic the autumn sun, helping to spur faster flowering (and finishing) times. However, these red wavelengths can also cause plants to stretch a bit. Thus, savvy indoor growers will use a mix of MH and HPS lighting to provide a broader spectrum for their flowering plants, with the MH bulbs helping to curb stretching as well as providing added light energy, in the form of photons, to the garden. (Note: The shorter wavelengths, such as blue light, carry higher concentrations of photons.)
Step 1: Get Some Seeds (or Clones)
Whether you’re growing indoors or out, the next step is deciding the type of medium you’ll cultivate your plants in, especially since the root zone is extremely important to a plant’s growth and development. Containers can be just as important, since the containers and medium work together to hold water and oxygen for the roots—two essential components for a happy, healthy garden.
Whether you’re planning to grow indoors or out, finding a smart and secure space is critical to the success of your garden. The most important aspects to consider are its dimensions (especially height), security and, of course, light.

Just make sure that you have enough information about the seeds you are selling.
The bottom line is that it is not a good idea to smoke your weed seeds.
However, it appears that your current weed stash is running out and so you look at your packet of cannabis seeds or bowl of marijuana stems and start to wonder if you can smoke them. After all, if the buds and flowers can get you buzzed, then should the seeds not have the same effect?
Consider selling them
You can add them to meals such as salads, pasta, dressings, and oatmeal for a nutty and nutritional crunch!
Despite being void in THC and CBD content, cannabis seeds are rich in amino acids, potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin A.
Long-term effects of smoking weed seeds are even worse! Marijuana seeds produce carcinogenic chemicals and toxins which can damage your respiratory system.
